#8 How to Start Reporting
Sending out reports has to start immediately but it can be an overwhelming task if you have not done it before. You have to start, but how? The best way to start is with the patients that have been referred to you and expand from there. If you have 10 current patients that were referred directly to you that is easier to manage than trying to get every patient file on board. With that being said, you have to develop a long term solution to you reporting. It needs to be a system that gets easier the more you use it and creates less stress on staff. There is no other way to survive long term and to build relationships. Reporting is EVERYTHING.
