#1 Program and Office Infrastructure
#34 Don’t Lose Momentum
One of the most important processes with this program is NOT losing ground. Many of you are using technology to your advantage and it is helping us to stay connected. Remember, there is no canned approach to building relationships with the MDs. It is the same process for dating relationships, everyone is different and it takes effort. With that being said, for those of you that are not keeping in touch, here is what everyone else is doing. Create a gmail account if you don’t have one already, you can link an existing email address to it. Then go to Google Drive after you log in (used to be Google Documents) and create a Weekly MD Sheet. After that, simply “Share” it withdrowens@teachdoctors.com.
When you are out meeting MD offices etc, please keep a journal on what is happening each time you take a binder. Remember, the binders are the reason to go back every 2 weeks, there is no other way. I don’t need the specifics and it can be in shorthand. I need to see who is interested and who is not so that I can COACH you through the relationship building. This will also give me an idea of what problems may be affecting your growth. It may be THEM or it may also be YOU….Get the Sheet started today and lets get you the practice that you want to have…
