MD Database Creation

Elite Concierge Services (ECS) will build a local MD database in your area to include name, address and phone.  It will be up to the client to obtain addtional information through direct permission of the MD office.  ECS will provide the database in an excel spreadsheet in alphabetical order of the MDs within a 10 mile radius of the Client’s office zip code up to 50 MDs.  The focus of this database is Primary Care Physicians which include Family Practice and Internal Medicine providers.  Additional specialties and/or blocks of 50 will be considered Add Ons.
