#3 EMR, Macros and Reporting to the Medical Community
This is critically important information and I urge you to read it even if you do not practice in New Jersey. This is an alarming national trend requiring “Evidence” to justify pre-approval of care, timely notes to ensure review and a new appeals process prior to sending your bill to collections. This was provided to Dr. Studin and myself by Dr. Zientek in New Jersey
PLEASE, if you are not proficient at your documentation in your EMR System and/or do not have Evidence Based macros CALL ME [716-228-3847]. This is how you will survive and to be honest, this is the #1 priority for you and your practice. This system works with ALL EMRs so you do not have to switch. Please read the attachement and see the EMR Macros sign up form, it is $50 per month. This is LITERALLY a tool for survival.
